We go where the evidence is

Reliable data starts with reaching the people a programme serves. We travel to remote and hard-to-reach communities to verify activities first-hand, listen to beneficiaries and collect data that reflects reality on the ground.

How an assignment runs

A clear process from terms of reference to learning

  1. Inception

    We review the ToR and programme documents, agree the evaluation questions and deliver an inception report.

  2. Design & tools

    Sampling, indicators and data collection tools, tested and translated for the local context.

  3. Fieldwork

    Trained enumerators, digital data collection and daily quality checks, with access and safety managed.

  4. Analysis

    Quantitative and qualitative analysis, triangulated and validated with the programme team.

  5. Reporting & learning

    Donor-ready reports, briefs and a debrief that turns findings into actions.

Ngong Velma Neng

Senior MEAL professional · 14+ years

Velma founded 360 Impact Edge Africa to give programmes in Cameroon and the Central and West African region access to senior, locally rooted MEAL expertise. She has led monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning for humanitarian, development and environmental programmes across Central and West Africa.

As Country Field Monitoring Lead at Global Emergency Group, she led third-party monitoring of USAID and US Department of State-funded programmes in Cameroon. She has also served as Country MEAL Manager at the International Rescue Committee in Cameroon, carried out M&E for Education Cannot Wait and GAC-funded programmes with Plan International, and conducted third-party monitoring of UNICEF emergency programmes.
